Asbestos Project – Lincoln

Our latest Asbestos Removal project has taken place in Lincoln over the past few weeks. This asbestos removal project involved the safe removal of 4000sqm of contaminated void space and asbestos insulation board under fully controlled conditions.

Phase 1: Ground Floor – The SXD Team began to prepare area for a smoke test before full scale works commence.

Phase 2: Preparation

Phase 3: Additional NPUS to achieve clean air within enclosure. NPU location. Smoke test achieved.

Phase 4: Removal works well under way.

Phase 5: We have identified additional asbestos lining to slab but still on target to achieve programme. SXD currently have a work force of 60+ guys.

Phase 6: Final stage fine cleaning on entire area to prepare for visual inspection.
